We stand behind our bellyboards and want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your bellyboard within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Product must be in good condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

10-Year Breakage Warranty

We offer a 10-year breakage warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Structural breakage resulting from normal, intended use of the bellyboard.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Improper storage (including exposure to extreme heat, moisture, or environmental damage)

  • Modifications or alterations to the product

  • Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading, etc.)

We are not liable for damage resulting from improper handling, incorrect storage, or use outside the intended purpose of the product.

If your bellyboard experiences a covered breakage, please contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the damage. We will review the claim and, if approved, repair or replace the product at our discretion.
